One year has passed, since you operated on both my knees for KRS, on 28/03/2022.
My annual report card:
I am able to move around both indoor and outdoor without difficulty and with no additional support. But care has to be taken for balancing for undulations on the roads, footpath etc.
Climbing stairs or descending them is not posing a problem, but support of railings is necessary.
Sitting and standing are not posing any problem, but raised seats of chairs or toilet seats or higher bed level, do ease such activities.
However, am unable to kneel or squat Indian way.
Overall, it has boosted my confidence to undertake outstation travel, walk long distances etc. That is a leap forward than before the surgery condition.
